Did you install the h-brackets as well? The h-brackets prevent any type of movement of the filter to the back so I don't understand how you were able to maneuver the intake to make the shield fit.
I did install the h brackets also. But I'm thinking of taking them off in the spring been feeling a vibration and the brackets have no insulation
