I may order a set of these. I'm looking for a bit more lower tone, however I'm afraid that swapping out my FI RHFCs for these will bring some rasp.

Cool what catback you have ? I have less rasp with these, I'll think my vid with the FIRHFC's in is that same thread and it had more rasp :/

I have a FI CBE 2.25" and I two X-Pipes (one with 12" resonators and one unresonated) plus the FI RHFCs. I'm not sure how the exotic speed exhaust is built or what mufflers are used but I can't imagine it's much different than the FI CBE.

So in your opinion, you think the Z1 HFCs are less raspy than FI? Even though they don't have the resonators?

Exoticspeed is built the same True dual 2.5 with X pipe 12inch Resonators twin canister mufflers, And yes Z1 IMO is a better choice. Money , sound and has the stock mounting brackets also. Pics of the Z1's and the exotic speed resonators and mufflers( Before I split them to fit the sedan).

All I can say is DAMN YOU because I just ordered a set of Z1 HFCs. I'm hoping these will give me that deeper tone I'm desiring. If not, I'll be trying out a new exhaust I guess

Are you going with the Z1's for more sound or less hiss?

I hope not. Otherwise, I'll just out the RHFCs on.

I think I know who is selling those as he had the exact setup as you. He said it was loud but not too crazy but I guess that's all relative.

I already have the FI CBE and I purchased Z1 cats new. I'm interested to see how the two sound when mated together.

Connor do you have 2.5" piping or 2.25"? I've got the same setup...FI RHFC's and FI CBE (non-resonated) and it's crazy deep. I had a friend that's a girl in my car a few weeks ago and she said, "Is all that deep noise coming from your car??" I said yes. She was quite surprised...lol.
