Ses bank 1 sensor 1 fi rhfc

I am having a problem with the ses light coming on after the fi rhfc install. So 2 days after I had them installed I had the ses light come on. I had a mechanic check it out and it was for bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor. So I replaced it with the denso oxygen sensor. Two days later the light comes back on. It came back with the same code. So the mechanic switched the sensors around. So now the oem senser is now in bank 1 sensor 1. A couple days later the same thing. I went to another mechanic who tested the sensors and said they are working fine because they are switching. He showed me on his scanner but I had no idea what I was looking at. There are no leaks anywhere. I also checked the intakes to make sure everything was snug. I also cleaned the mag sensors and cleaned the throttle bodies. Did any one ever have this problem? I really don't know what to do. I also have fi exhaust. I love the way it sounds and the power gain I think I feel when I mash the gas. Lol. If any one can help me out this would be greatly appreciated.

Have same issue... I clear but it comes back too... I'm running FI RHFC and SS catback exhaust. My problem is that when I ordered my RHFC they didn't come with any flanges or gaskets. What I mean is the the instructions says to use hi temp sylicone where the headers meet the Cat. Does anybody know where can I get some gaskets.
