Loud Startup?

Loud Startup?

I just installed FI RHFC's and I'm super happy. I'm thinking of buying an Invidia catback. I know this will obviously make the car louder but should I expect an even louder start-up? I'm asking because on my last car I had aftermarket turbo-back exhaust and the start-up was very loud. After a minute the car quieted down a lot. Should I expect the same thing?

well, cold starts are always loud compared to when the car has already been warmed up.

Yes, it's going to definitely louder because the Invidia Gemini exhaust features larger diameter piping and non-restrictive exhaust layout. However, the great thing about the Invidia Gemini exhaust system is that it comes with real nice resonators to help "tame" the exhaust note. My co-worker told me that his Gemini Exhaust setup on his G37 is much quieter than the Topspeed Exhaust system he had previously - he's running test pipes too.
