A catback exhaust is a simple bolt on and any one with a jack and hand tools can bolt one up. HFCs is a whole 'nother story. It'll take you at least a couple hours to do. You'll mostly get stuck at one of the header bolts, get frustrated and want to give up (at least that's what happened to me).

I have the Stillen Headers + long tube CAIs and love it!!! I was told not to do it because there was no gain...a guy w a g37 told me he sold his headers because he actually lost power...he said the dyno showed a loss...I didn't believe that...not that I thought he was lying, but maybe he read it wrong or had another problem, IDK...but the power gain isn't on the take off like a previous member stated, but in the higher RPMs...I love it on the highway when I hit the gas and leave people in an almost standstill!...lol. But I got a really good deal on the install...400 + rotors, pads, and sway bars installed! My next move will be Stillen HFCs and exhaust. I don't know what guys are talking about saying they lost the growl with the headers, I didn't, but it definitely changed in pitch...it's a deeper and lower pitched growl and not as high pitched as the factory sound...to me it definitely sounds stronger than factory...I guess it depends on your taste.

I LOVE the sound...I want more!!! I like; no love the sound of muscle suns!! Lol

I LOVE your story bro... however I would love to see some video or something. I don't know this car to have enough power to leave people in the dust like you described.

Auto or Manual? I will say this, maybe you are better off without getting an exhaust. The back pressure is a good thing.

I have the paddles...Auto...

....leaving them in the dust may be a slight exaggeration, but I definitely lift off...of coarse I down shift first. But I definitely get away from the crowd pretty fast!

I hope you're wrong about not getting the exhaust, because mines is starting to make noise, it's time to replace it weather I want to or not.

Just did headers & had a retune done.
Car is much faster bottom end & mid range.
Top end it just kicks
Expensive bolt on yes, retune add $200.00
End result way more power all around. You need a full cat back with hfc's or test pipes, to go with the headers or I wouldn't bother.
8whp top end gain.12whp over previous uprev tune, same dyno.
Under the curve, way better pull to redline.
