Car shows and forums would be pretty boring without argument, so in that spirit, I acknowledge the Takeda is far better for the cheap and lazy!

I'm cheap and lazy too; bought the Stillen used and had somebody else install it.

Looks like takeda is the winner. Just hate how people really believe these products give 19hp or something

for those who say they don't like how takeda is only one filter... It's one big air fliter compared to two filters on the GEN3 ... I myself are debating on which intake to get. but best believe if i get the GEN3 it will be used. I already have a K&N restore kit to bring back some life to those bad boys.

I just installed the Stillen Gen 3 yesterday and they are awesome! I can definitely feel the difference and the roar is freaking nice as well, can't stop flooring it just to hear it come to life!

Lol. Please refer to the thread about the guy who got tuned and made 290whp w/ K&N SRI's, swapped Stillen Gen 3's on a couple weeks later and got retuned. Gained 30whp for a 320whp final result.

Same, the intake is amazing. I can't really hear the roar over my E370, but the power is definitely there.

Please refer me to this thread..

I'm not discrediting you, I am legitimately curious.

Here's the thread I made about it. I didn't really write it to debate one intake over another. However, the results are what they are.

*sigh* I knew this would be an issue. My tuner's printer was broken, so I asked her to text me a picture of the sheet and it never went through. I'll ask again for a dyno sheet.

Inb4, Op will surely deliver, let's just wait.

Just my two cents on installation of the Takeda long tube intakes. The installation is fairly straight forward except for the fit of the air filter over the two tubes, Takeda should have rolled the ends of each pipe so as the filter would not slide off, which mine did after a few months. Other than that I love the sound and look.
