Nope they fail if they use the sniffers.

honestly nowadays if ur computer doesnt throw a code about the cats or anything then they wont use the sniffers. i had no cats on my camaro and used the tuner to turn the light off and i passed inspection. if u go to a leniant place and dont have a code thrrown on the computer they wont use the sniffers
