Cold air intake confusion!!!

So everyone ! I am in the market for a cold air intake....now I am looking into the injen cold air intake and the takeda Attack cold air intake. I found them online for sale and I can get the Injen (used 3 months) for $225 and the takeda(new) for $375. Takeda claims a 19hp gain and injen 10hp. Does anyone have any experience with takeda? or Any suggestions on what to get? -Thanks!

i've heard a few owners using takeda, but in all honesty - they're all the same. some people may disagree, but that's another issue in and of itself. believe me, just buy the cheaper one, and you'll be happy difference in hp? extremely, extremely minimal, if anything at all. some people complain about the potential hazard of sucking water up the cold airs (injens), but you really have to an idiot to actually do that - they have to be 100% submerged under water to take in water into the motor.

There's no way you're getting 10HP, much less 19HP from a "cold air intake". Perhaps 5HP at the most. Today's factory air intakes are fairly well designed.

**Please search in the future, there are reviews on ALL of these intakes MULTIPLE times. LOCKED UP!!!

Go R2C or Gen3. Injen has HORRIBLE ratings for tripping your censors, and Takeda its just made cheaply and fitment is horrible.
