assumin you have no issues taking the top bolts off the cats, an hour and a half. If you have issues, which 99% of people do, all night.

Had my HFC's put in professionally in about 45 to an hour. (that was with the demon bolt issue) if the issue didn't apply would have taken them about 30 mins.

Pb blaster to the deamon bolts about 24 hrs in advance, then again after 12hrs then once more after 6hrs, make sure engine is cold before attempting removal of the bolts. empty the remaining pb blaster again onto the deamon bolts.
Then install should not take more than 45mins

Get swivel joints, 1/2 extension, and 1/2 drive wrench. 3/8 drive flexes too much.

Excellent advice. It may seem like overkill, but I go a step further. Soak all the bolts generously in PB after you park for the day and let it soak overnight. Do this for 3 days straight. Then follow Presto's advice. Trust me, it makes all the difference. Also use the proper tools Modme said. I wouldn't even attempt this without 1/2" or larger impact tools. Work slowly and carefully.
