We have so many choices when it comes about exhaust for our G's, however My self and few others are in need of help. I have tanabe catback exhaust love it to death, recently I wanted to upgrade to a full CBE so Im after the ypipe n midpipe to have the complete exhaust. Unfortunately it looks like it is nearly impossible now days to grab the pieces I'm missing I have made numerous calls to different places just to get the same answer "none in stock, backorder, not available" Ughhhhhh I kind of find it a bit ridiculous not being able to pick these two items. Are those parts so popular? So I'm asking for help does anyone or any vendor have the tanabe ypipe n midpipe for sale? Immediate shipping? Please let me know.

Me and you both buddy! I'm sick of waiting for y and mid pipe ! This backorder is killing me. Mid pipe tanabe USA says they received shipment on monday but some phone calls and nobody is getting any! So what's going on? Can JEBperformance get this for us? I know he is good w that kind if help and can get almost anything. I want this asap , tired of waiting .

Looks like we're all in the same boat Guess i'll be waiting for the berk or injen system (both told me they release this summer but they've been saying that for a while now ) So who knows. Let us know if you hear anything about the Y or mid-pipe.

OK i found the Mid-pipe and ordered today thanks to VADROPPED AKA VON thanks for the phone call buddy now unfortunetly the Y-pipes are backordered tilll end of may so this will do. will also be a great write up with vids+Pics and comparisons w stock y pipe/Mid pipe and medllion mufflers VS the stock Y-pipe and Tanabe Mid pipe and mufflers. then followed w Tanabe Y PIPE+MID+MUFLLERS w stock cats im pumped for this.... certainly was not cheap but its TANABE and im happy .

I think I just found the tanabe mid-pipe on import parts pro, but maybe it will turn out to be a back order. I've been trying to find ANY mid-pipe for a couple years. A local exhaust shop said they could fab one but I have the Medallion Touring axle back and wanted to find something of equal quality. I'm running the Motordyne XYZ, which is a beautiful piece of work (and not cheap).

I heard Tanabe makes their y and mid pipe out of Unicorn horns. They probably are running low on inventory

I don't know about their midpipe but their y-pipe is the same part# for the 350z/370z/g35//g37 so that's why i'm guessing it's hard to keep in stock. If you're reading this Tanabe.... up the production eh!?
