IPL Exhaust
Isn't it just the "sport" muffler from Infiniti? If it's just the axel back it will. If the Ipl has a different set up it will not fit because f the transfer case. Just get an aftermarket exhaust, it's cheaper

Just starting to look into upgrading the pipes. Looking for a true Y set up with a nice sound to bring it up to a Stage 1. Haven't begun researching the aftermarket yet. Any suggestions? Conservative sound and pitch is just as important as performance.
I know the rear muffler wont fit, but will the IPL X-pipe and the mid pipes fit a G37S sedan?
EDIT:
Ok just did some research on the difference from a IPL coupe stock CB and a sedan CB. Looks like we share the same y-pipe design, but would need some kind of modification to the mid pipe (between the X-pipe to the mufflers). Was kinda hoping it would fit w/o any type of modification. Maybe it might be a small modification at the muffler end of the mid-pipe. Hope someone has done this. Crossing fingers! LOL

Resuscitating this from the dead (sorry)... The original poster's question was never answered, and I have the same question. (yes, I did some searching...)
I have an opportunity to pick up a cat-back factory IPL exhaust for cheap and am interested in having the true-dual exhaust.
Would a factory IPL cat-back fit an AWD coupe without modifications?
