One of our buddies has tanabe and I heard it last night, it's not that deep in person. But he does not have test pipes but all that does is add rasp, that video sounds unusually deep compared to person.

 

yeah Pcasey, you def can't go off that clip. not sure if his HFC's are that open or what, but that tanabe is def not that low in person bro.

check out a few other tanabe clips, and try comparing them to Fast Intentions. Complete difference. Some people LIKE that tanabe because its "higher pitch" because they think it sounds more exotic, not because its a low tone.


I'm w/ Doggy. If you indeed want a quality exhaust, save up somemore cash and make sure you're happy with it the first time!

I dunno you guys might be right, i just put mine on and it with my gen three sounds pretty good. Ive heard Ark, greddy tic, and invidia in person. maybe i have bad hearing from being in the military

save up for a quality exhaust?? the OP said 600 in the title.Tanabe is not quality? I think tanabe is pretty low just like how it is in Joshlees video.

So i wonder if the "y-pipe" make a big diff? I need to educate myself on dual exhaust..as my last rides have been single exhaust.

ya, its sounds even better with the Y pipe and you always can add that later, that is like 500. I am not sure what these guys are talking about when they say its not a low sound, its not the lowest soundeing exhaust in the world but its still pretty darn good. I dont have it I have the FI and I am going to sell that so if your interested in that let me know.
