Quieter HFC?

Currently i have a full HKS system with berk HFC's, but in this past month i managed to get 3 ticket's about my exhaust, is there any quieter hfc than berk's or should i just revert back to stock?

Motordyne claims that their ART test pipes make great power and are quiet. But they're expensive.

Have a look at this thread, I posed a question about cells and how they relate when finding a louder HFC vs a quieter HFC. Also, as you go softer in sound the hp also decreases... according to some that posted...

There are a few resonated HFCs out there. I think Invidia and Fast Intentions have that option. As far as cell counts, the sound difference won't be noticeable.

I have the Fast Intentions Resonated HFC and it is far quieter than the Berks I had on here before. FI is the only company (I know of) that makes a resonated HFC.

Also, if the Invidia really is a 100 Cell count HFC, whats the point? The 300 in the FI is low enough as it is so you might as well just go with test pipes.
