Magnaflow - Why so cheap?

Searched a lot on the subject but no clear definition as to WHY these are so cheap. Are these exhausts holding up OK over the years? For a catback you can't beat the price. Are they rusting out? Do they use a cheap steel prone to wear?

I had an HKS exhaust on my maxima that rusted out after 3 years or so. Don't want to make the same mistake again.

HKS is actually a very high quality exhaust for the G's. Magnaflow I don't know a ton about, but the Megan and tanabe are probably the most popular axle backs for the G

I'm sure magnaflow is decent quality, but for my G I wanted to make sure I had the best, which is why I went with Fast Intentions.

I had a magnaflow on my Silverado 1500 street truck for 2 years, and never had a problem with it. But then again, chevy and magnaflow/borla go together imo.
