Its been almost a year now and my 3rd week in the new exhaust, I started getting this noise almost as if when punching the car and hitting 4.5K in first second and third gear, it was as if air was leaking out like a rattly noise kind. Im thinking its air leak? Ive noticed many times then upon starting the car, I can see condensate dripping from the rear clamps.

I had the rear section of the exhaust removed and re-installed with some proper sealants put on the connections per my exhaust shop but still no cigar. Anyone help out or have suggestions? welding is out of the question, car is leased so that says it there. The noise is a rattly kind but can seem to diagnose, any help is greatly appreciated..

 

I have the same exhaust and a similar problem. My noise sounds more like a ticking noise rather than a rattle. I wonder if it's the same problem, or if that's just how the Magnaflow sounds....

 

I also have an intermittent rattle with my Magnaflow that I just put on a few weeks ago. I'll have to go under and check all the clamps.

I gotta say, I love the Magnaflow exhaust. I had one on My V6 EX Accord and loved it on there too. I love the deep, mellow tone (not that ricey sound), and it's not too much louder than stock. I also think it's the best bargain out there for an exhaust for our cars - heck, I picked mine up used for $300.

 

I dont have magflow cbe but a exoticspeed and seem to have condensate dripping leaks between the flanges; used all new soft crush gasket that came with the setup. Carbon Dioxide smell coming undercarge also I got Berk HFC paired up with CBE.
