Question..

Ok guys question...what size is the stock exhaust...i have a friend on this forum no names.....solismo..thats says that all aftermarket exhaust has the same diameter as the stock....input please

i think the OEM exhaust tubing is 2.5" which is pretty standard for most aftermarket systems, i believe the AAM system runs 3" piping throughout though but i could be wrong.

yeah but i think that the oem exhaust is less than 2.5

The answer is both..lol. The y-pipe is 1.75" inch, the rest 2.5". Dejavu... I've been here before...

I've been wondering about this too... so if I replace the stock y-pipe with an aftermarket 2.5" y-pipe, then I'll essentially have a 2.5" cat back exhaust?

Cause i have the greddys now....so the stock midpipe is the same size of my greddys...

The stock pipes are dual 1.75 after the verts and dual 2.0 the rest of the way.only where the pipes connect is single like 2.5 inch.
