240 for a broken o2 sensor or 240 for the labor?

my dealer charged me a tottal of $160 to Install my HFC's! that was a "book Time" of 2hr's..=$160. but job took like about 3 1/2 hrs. but did not charge me extra! since they were going of the Book Time for LBR. They did not know it was hard to get the bolts off! so my dealer was very reasonable. and repalced my 02 sensor under warranty to boot!

How do you know if your o2 sensor is broken? They are metal and seem strong.. Sorry if it's a dumb question I just don't know! but my SES light has been on since I installed my HFCs and the codes are closed loop bank 2 and heater control circuit low bank something (I don't have it on hand) .. I've since did the mod using non foulers to extend the o2 sensors from the cats and the codes read the same. Anyone know how I can fix this? Are they broken or is it something else?

I installed my HFC's back in September without issues. I disconnected the cable from the sensor, pulled out the hfc's, took the sensors out at a workbench without any issues, transplanted them to the HFC's, installed the hfcs on the car, reconnected the cables. Sensors were the easiest part of the install process. Don't take them out when you are under the car (larger room for damage). Pull the cats out and work at a table or something (controlled and comfortable environment). Haven't thrown any CEL lights or anything since install. Seriously, it's not that hard and I'm a newb at car modding.

Berk HFCs installed this morning by a local shop. Took about 1.5 hours.

O2 sensors were fine and no CEL on my drive to work afterwards (crosses fingers).
