Reading through thread's i have heard people mention it coming out..

Does anyone know when?

 

Well last I was told it's production got pushed back for a few months. Reason being the state of the economy and the fear of not too many people wanting to spend more than $1000 on an exhaust. I check in with them now and again, and I'll post up "this just in's" with every update if you'd like. But as of right now there isn't a set date they can give me.

Until then, you can watch my little drive-away vid I made of my custom Injen exhaust Kind of an old vid but whatevers.

Meh. That vid was taken with crappy point and shoot camera in video mode. Sounds a lot better in person IMO.

Yeah from what I can remember, the exhaust note is very similar to mine. Just not as throaty becuase it's not a full cat-back like mine is. Still sounded beefy though

I'm trying to pursuade them to do a full on cat-back. However this set-up is convenient becuase the mid-pipe (which will also be available to buy seperately) bolts right up in the stock location and has the same inlet and outlet locations as our stock exhaust. This way you can bolt this right up with your Tanabe mufflers or with your stock muffler. Pretty cool for anyone who has an aftermarket y-pipe and Tanabe mufflers. Adding this mid-pipe would make it a full aftermarket cat-back system

 

^ does this mean their muffler would be a direct OEM replacement like Megan Racing?

 

I've heard Gamedog's exhaust in person, and it sounded HELLA mean, like greddy but much nicer.

Yup. It will bolt right up to the stock location.

Yeah they need to put MINE into production! Lol. I'm contemplating whether or not to install HFC's tho.

LoL at first I thought Dave had the Greddy till I checked out his ride.... I love greddy personally, the only set back is the looks of it


Dave if you get HFCs it's gonna b HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLA loud. Does anyone on here have HFCs + Greddys?

Nope not yet man. Last they told me was they were postponing any new production of exhausts until the economy gets better. They fear they'll release it and not have too many orders due to everyone cutting back on their spending.

They're just gonna wait and let it marinade If I hear anything otherwise I'll letchu guys know

 

Sucks to hear that man. I really want burnt ti tips but not really feeling the Greddy's. I guess business is business. I was waiting for these to come out before I make up my decision. Oh well. HKS it is, or FI?, or maybe Tanabe?, or Megans?. LOL!

Hey, how about you ask your connects if they want to sell the prototype from SEMA to me?
