Wow, never really read this thread until now. I think this will be my first performance mod. I think I'd like to get an intake and Y-pipe, but keep the stock exhaust (as G37Sam said) since I'd like to stay close to the stock exhaust note.

Any updates??

A couple of shops that viewed my exhaust claimed that the midpipe is also VERY restrictive, so look in to that if you wanna max your power and keep a stock note.

I wonder how much the midpipe would affect the exhaust note in tandem with the Y pipe...
