Yup. Like I said earlier, I know for a fact that they were selling products and taking peoples orders and FULL payment even when they were not getting a shipment of that product. I know this for a fact.
There's a reason why Amplified came out with the first pre-order buy. Lou is in direct contact with Injen and many of us can vouch for that here on the forum.
