OPTION for a g37 exhaust?!?!?

i was looking through the options for a G37 Journey (i wanted 5AT) and i saw that there was a Exhaust option for 500 dollars more. What is that? what difference does it have compared to the stock?

link? pics? description?

for 500 it would only probably be the muffler portion and not run back to the cats like the stillen.

lol $2500 is like half the price of a good deal on a supercharger kit all that for some noise and a couple horses - count me out. the stock sounds sexy enough. i wouldnt pay much more than $1500 for a top notch CAI and Exhaust installed....

Some people can't afford to pay $1750 cash retail + install alone so they suffer the rip off of about 600 dollars from the dealership to work an extra 30-40 dollars into the monthly payment to cover the 2500 over 5-6 years. =)

And there is another option Tanabe has just finished R&D on my car for the rear end replacement exhaust 8hp and 7tq to the wheels. I will post pictures of the exhaust tomorrow.

They would not release the dyno chart to me for privacy issues, but Tanabe did confirm over the phone a 8hp and 7tq gain to the wheels by only replacing the rear section of the exhaust; and told me it was okay to release this information and post pictures of the product. This was a prototype part so I was not given any retail price/name or model information. Honestly I haven't heard the car yet but from what I was told the sound decimal is lower than stock but sounds better. It will arrive here later this evening, I will take pictures early Saturday morning and post them =)
