Also 180 isn't OEM, which could lead to problems with fitment. There are many options (ebay, 180, other aftermarket) to by an OEM style spoiler, but with aftermarket spoilers there can always be problems since its not made my nissan. OEM will always have the best fitment and color match

Ok, my question is why does year affect the price? I understand color and this and that, but year? They're all the same... We should find out what year is the cheapest and tell them we all need that year. right?

180 has them, and will not paint them and ship them. They're $200 shipped, unpainted. All of the ones they have are without the camera hole, but theres a little square marking of where the cutout is suppose to go on the non-camera models and he cuts them out himself, following the line. Then we would go to a local shop and have it painted. I personally rather spend a little more money after having it painted and everything and just get it direct from Infiniti.

However, right now I'm looking at ordering the OEM-Style from AutoAnything. Other members say fit and finish is perfect. Its $170 shipped, painted, templates and harware included. 100% fitment guarantee and lifetime warranty. I just may go that route. If I'm not happy with the quality I can send it back.

 

The dealership told me that year and color are different pricing from infiniti. He doesn't understand it but that's what it is. If ya'll want to do the cheapest way, it's up to ya'll.

 

You see what I'm saying though right? If the 2009 or whatever year is cheapest, then why dont we all order for that year? Only thing we should have to specify is color and if its camera or non camera. Just how I see it. Maybe the harness is different or something?

180 doesnt have all the colors with camera cutout for the coupe which is what most of us want/need.

i dont wanna deal with the whole "applying it over the chrome", non-OEM spoilers because if you pay attention to the reverse side of both of the chrome and oem spoilers, they have rubber lining that serves as the gap-filler from the spoiler to the paint that prevents water from leaking in. the oem-style is just the red3mdoublesided tape that doesnt always prevent the water.

I have also heard that the autoanything spoilers are pretty siolid. IDK about you but I didnt spend $$$$$$$ on a g37 to go cheap, especially on an item that can make or break the look of your whole car. Ill get prices back this week from the places I contacted, figure out the cheapest year, and get a color quote for all colors in that year only if thats what you guys want to do. I dont see any reason that wont work, trunk replacements are listed as 08-12 so they are obviously all the same connectors, ect.
