I was under the impression you may have ran out. In that case payment will be sent now

All springs have been mailed out for payments received through this afternoon (more like 2pm CST). My next run to the PO will be on Monday.

It appears usps DC #'s are getting more frequent scans than before. You can almost follow the path through the system. It used to be you get a pickup or acceptance scan and then a delivery. Now they're showing intermediate scans too.

Small suggestion for doing the install.

Once you have the bottom clevis out, if you examine it closely, one side has 2 little circles on it (~1/8" diameter), while the other side does not. When reinstalling with the lighter spring, make sure these 2 little circles face to the right or towards the brake pedal. Although one would think both holes are machined to the same diameter, I found future removal of the lower pin to be easier with the clevis oriented this way. Facing left makes it more difficult to remove the pin.

For a while there I was running with no spring, but found the slop in the pedal to be bothersome, so put the spring in a few days ago. Still has some play if you push down lightly with a finger, but otherwise comes to rest at the far top and stays there.

Some are finding it easier to ziptie the old/new spring before taking the tension off. I suppose that makes it easier for a one person operation, but that, or depress the pedal, or have your helper depress while you remove it.

It takes me longer to gather all the tools than to actually pop the clip and swap springs. Some white lithium grease on the shaft and pivots wouldn't hurt either.

PS. Yours is in the mail.
Jsolo - received my spring today - thanks.

I"ve read the threads, and the links. Perhpas once I remove the existing assembly - it'll become clear how to swap the new lighter spring into the assembly. Haven't seen that shown anywhere that I can recall.

Looks like maybe the whole thing just "falls apart" once out of the two pinned locations and the replacement spring can be put in very easily.
