Group Buy - Clutch Pedal Assist Spring for 6MT
Just an update:
Ever since putting this spring in ( I went with out any spring for the 1st year) I haven't any any sign of my 'dead' clutch pedal issue. It's been almost a month.
The new, light spring is barely noticeable when compared to no spring at all.
Very happy

Got my replacement spring from jsolo couple weeks ago. Just put it in tonight. Took 15 minutes. Push pedal down, used needle nose to pull of both clips. Went for a test drive.....before putting in the spring. Not too much difference IMO between no spring and the new replacement spring. So I perfer to go with the spring installed. Nevertheless.....way way much better than stock spring in place.....moving off in 1 to 2nd gear is much better. No longer feel like I'm just learning to drive a manual.

Just got my clutch spring today. Installation took all of 10 minutes. While I was installing it I noticed that the connector for my heated seat wasn't plugged in (which would explain why it hasn't been working
). Clutch feels great and seats work now just in time for winter, so win win. Thanks Jsolo!

Jsolo, how many of these things have you sold on this forum? I'm guessing... 50, maybe?
I was explaining this mod to the senior tech at my local Infiniti dealership. He's a good natured, open-minded-to-mods kind of guy, and he was fascinated by this info.

Rochester, wouldn't be the first area nissan engineer's needed improvement with.
I haven't really kept track of how many sold. I do know that I still need my day job to pay the bills
