Stutter

My G has about 87000 miles on it and it drives prefect but there is only one thing that bothere me. When the engine is cold and I drive a constant speed, then it starts to stutter a bit. It feels like it's holding in a bit but then for some milli seconds. Apart from that it drives normal and no errorcodes comes up (double checked with Consult II). When the engine is on operating temperature the stuttering is also gone.

What I already did:
- The sparkplugs are replaced (for the right irridium) @ 70000miles
- I've cleaned the MAF sensors
- I've cleaned the throttle bodies
- Reset the idlle Air volume learn.
- Replaced the air filters

Somebody know what to check of what's a common cause maybe?

Inconsistent stutter can happen when one (or more) of the coil packs are starting to fail.

FWIW. Not a mechanic.

Is this something I can check or measure if this is the case?
And it's also no really a stutter but more like the engine holds back a little.
