2013 g37 maf and iat sensor codes

I replaced my Maf sensors due to a check engine light p010B ( car would start and drive during this time ) now since I’ve replaced it the car will not start, sometimes it almost starts but dies and now it sounds like absolute **** when trying to start. The cars louder, smells funny, and is all around extra rough (will not start at all now) I am also now getting 3 more codes p010c p0102 p0113. If anyone has experienced this please let me know what you had to do to fix it thanks
