Both camshaft sensors, and crankshaft sensor (Position sensors)

Probability of all three is ridiculous.

Most likely it's a bad crankshaft sensor causing a feedback loop to the camshaft sensors causing all 3 to code, or a loose plug in the harness.

At worst case timing chain.

Cam sensors are at the top of the engine. Look where the upper cam gears would be. (Mickey Mouse Ears) they stick out up and out.
The crank sensor is at the crank pulley.

Let us know what they find.
