OBD2 U1001 code

Hi guys,

I have G25 2013 model
Today I just received a OBD2 ELM bluetooth (the little blue POS one)
I tried connecting the car through the torque app and it said that my ECU does not support PID
I tried another app called Car Scanner.
It connected fine and then I ran a diagnostic trouble codes and I literally got U1001 on every single module.
Is this a bug should I trust this?
I will go to the repair shop anyway to check for sure but I would like to know your opinion on this.

One time the car did have a misfire in cylinder 6 and the check engine light did not come on.
Thoughts?

I don't think that app is accurate. If every module had a U1001, you would have many, many issues.

If you want to learn more about OBD on your G25 (G37 is very similar) this may be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/OBD4Everyone
