I’ve tried the Ignition reset doesn’t work. Tried using Snap On Scanner to clear code, doesn’t work. Something do with passenger seat. Disconnected battery unbolted seat and made sure all connections were plugged in

If you have a cheap wifi or bluetooth OBD scanner you can use this $15 app with a the enhanced diagnostic $15 plugin to read the codes from the SRS module and clear codes:

In some cases if you can't clear the code, it is actually clearing and then setting.
Do you know what the SRS code is?

the occupant sensor on these cars are part of the seat pad and can only be replaced as part of the entire passenger seat. giant ripoff scam on infiniti's part for not making a replaceable seat pad or sensor. there is a thread in the forum about installing a emulator that can trick the srs control module and the srs sys will then operate normally.
