Whining Noise Coming From the Engine on Cold Start

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem.
My car start to makes this whining noise on cold start also in cold weather, this noise goes away after the engine is warm up. A/C on or OFF doesn't change anything.
What is your opinion, and what should I troubleshoot first?
Thank you

Could it be bad alternator? Put a tester on it autozone and other part stores will check it for free with their battery load tester to see if the alternator is going bad

I did, they check the alternator it looks good, the battery needs to charge and the starter couldn't find on the machine he said. I also changed the belt didn't effect the noise, also just change the p.s fluid I will see the results tomorrow cold start.

No, I didn't change any pulleys,
but the car also started to idle low on stop when it's on the gear. It drops down to 450 for a sec and goes back 500.
The normal idle is 650-690.
I cleaned the TB couple weeks ago. After hearing this noise.
I also have Stillen Gen 3.
