Nissan Transmission Fluid - Matic-J vs Matic-S

Hey guys, trying to find out if there's a difference. I've check the forum n the web n while some state it's the same some state their different. Dealers all state the as mentioned above so does any one know. My FSM states matic j for the tranfer case which is what I need just trying to figure out which 1 to use, I really would like to know what came from factory n just match that. Thanks in advance.

But theirs dealers that still only use n regularly stock matic j

Update: I also checked the FSM for a 2017 q50 awd 3.0t n it states matic j for the transfer case, if matic s has replaced matic j for a couple of years why would the FSM on a 2017 state matic j, I feel like I should find matic j for my transfer case.
