Post Fluid Flush List

Hey Guys,

So I recently got a 2010 G37x Sedan, 138xxx km / 86xxx mi

I love the car and everything was going well, but after a month or so it feels like my car is "Struggling" to push forward. I feel a bit of resistance when I'm accelerating and sometimes the car will Jump forward as I'm slowing down.

I took it into the dealership and after driving it they said they don't feel anything wrong with the car but will lift it to check it out.
Few hours later they suggested a Air Filter swap, Oil Change, and Transmission Fluid flush.
To be quite honest they didn't feel like they knew what they were talking about and after asking for service history they said they aren't sure what has been done or not.

Can I get your suggestions on what the issue may be? My friend suggested that I get a full fluid flush done just in case and for my piece of mind.

A mechanic friend of his said he will do the labor if I can provide the fluids, and his suggestion were

Throttle Cleaning
Spark Plug Replacement
Fuel Injector Cleaning

Oil Change | Oil Filter
Coolant Flush
Automatic Transmission Fluid
Power Steering Fluid
Brake Fluid
Differential Oil
Transfer Case Oil

Are there any certain brands I should lean towards? Your input would be VERY helpful.

Great list. I'd recommend giving the Mass Air flow (MAF) sensors a cleaning and changing out the air filters and cabin filters; as the dealership suggested. Please be sure to do the throttle body reset procedure after cleaning and be sure to put the MAF back into their appropriate intakes. If not, the car will let you know it disapproves.

I'd just run factory recommended fluids and full synthetic where it's appropriate.

Save your money on the fuel-injector cleaning. Add Techron or run some tanks of Chevron with Techron or the new Shell "nitrogen" gas.

I was looking that up, getting some mixed reviews. Have you personally tried using Techron yourself?

I forgot to include MAF Sensors as well on that list. He recommended doing that for me too.
and I was planning to stick to just factory fluids but you know there's always "something better" aha.

But youre saying the suggest list will help the problem im having?

Can't hurt!

I wouldn't be surprised if the throttle body and MAF cleaning doesn't work wonders; assuming they've never been done.

I have never noticed deteriotion in injector performance, however I use only name-brand gasoline. Plenty of info on the net about Techron and Shell's nitrogen (amine) gasoline. Engineering Explained did an episode on Shell gasoline.

This is a long shot but but I just got my g37 with 91000 and it was running great when I bought it and now I’m experiencing the exact same problem(resistance accelerating and sometimes a push forward while breaking) when and can’t find the solution anywhere, did you end up fixing it? If you did what steps did you do? And how was it running long term after that
