Time for a brake fluid flush?

The car has 50,000 miles now, I bought it at 45,000. I think it may be time to "flush" my brake fluid because I highly doubt any of the previous owners did it. I plan on getting a mechanic to do it. Do you guys think I should buy my own brake fluid and take it there? I see a lot of you guys recommend Motul RBF600. I have no clue what brake fluid is in there at the moment so would it be a better idea to flush rather than buy motul and top it off? Are there any other cheaper alternatives you guys can recommend?

This car isn't tracked, just a daily driver & the e-brake light is starting to come up at WOT. Also I'm not too great with cars so I'm not sure what all these "bleeders" do and if I would need to buy them and bring them to the mechanic as well? I have the Akebonos & any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Any DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid will work just fine. No need for the pricey premium stuff. You don't need to take your own to your mechanic. Flush it completely.
