G37x NO START/NO CRANK SOS

Hi, so I bought a 2013 g37x sedan AT off my buddy, because he crashed it and didn’t want to fix it. He claims it was running for a week or two after the incident because he had to move the car. I checked and tested the battery and it was no good so I bought a new battery and it didn’t fix the issue. i tested a wire on the starter and it had 13V(it could have been the wrong one but the one i tested has a small rubber cover and seemed like the positive wire to the starter). i tested the fuses under the steering wheel and everything had power/no blown fuses. To clarify. the car will go threw OFF/ACC/ON, the fuel pump primes and when i put my foot on the brake to start it. nothing happens and the radio turns off. it doesn’t cut all the power but the car will not start. i’m thinking of jumping the starter relay fuse to see if the car will crank and or start. Other information is that there is no intakes on the car(yes no maf sensors it’s just bare throttle body and maf sensors are just chillin there), not sure if that’s something that would cause a no crank no start. There is also a few corroded grounds/fuses around the car but seeing as how it started after the crash i don’t know if that information is relevant. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

The brake light works, and the radio has power until trying to turn the car on

It is. More often than not whenever the electronics "kick out" when trying to engage the starter there is likely a bad ground connection especially when the battery is known to be good/ fully charged. A bad ground connection may allow just enough current to flow to power on the gizmos but once the heavy draw of the starter kicks in that connection "taps out."

Take a few minutes and check ALL of the ground connections that you can find- including the battery post/ negative cable where it attaches to the frame. Make sure the battery is good as well. Then go from there...

These cars require a tremendous amount of amps to crank/ get running and as finicky as these cars can be with voltages, sometimes it is the smallest detail that causes the biggest headaches.
