Oil in spark plug well!

Changing my spark plugs today and found the last spark plug on driver side has oil all over the plug and coil boot. In the past I have not had any problem losing oil. I read that it could be faulty coil or spark plug seal and worse case scenario leaking valve cover. Is this a major cause of concern? Can i continue to drive this for daily commute? No stores have any coil boots on stock.
