Headlight issue 09 Sedan

I turned on my Auto headlight switch on my way home from work I noticed my dashboard dimmed indicating lights should be on.

I then turned them to the ON position again dash is dim and lights aren't on.
Then I turned the switch all the way up and finally the lights come on.

Also HI-beams works no problem when pulled back to engage.

Where should I start?

Update: I didn't check any fuses. Went outside and put my lights on Auto and they turned on. Then I switched it up to the headlights ON and they won't come on.

Could it be a lazy relay? If the switch is working on every other settings besides the ON position.
