easiest way to replace winshield washer resovoir?

I was travelling and my car spent the night outside during a freeze. By Noon, I found water (windshielf washer fluid) leaking on the ground. I'm assuming the fluid froze and cracked the resovoir. Do I need to remove the whole front bumper to repair this? I'm not liking 20-30 bolts and clips and those also hidden behind rubber. Is there no other way?

I think you can only need to remove the under tray to get access.

I jacked up the car, and unscrewed enough to reach my hand under the plastic. Its leaking right from the hose attachment to the pump

I think you might be able to remove the windshield washer from the bottom, BUT you will have easy access with the bumper off:

For the future: always use washer fluid. Water will corrode the pump.
