NO car for 60 days.March 2 ,2016 I got to hand out with my friend and on our way into the city we experience clutch problem well I did. Stuck in traffic trying to enter the city i was forced from Williamsburg Brooklyn to bed Stuy limping my car in first gear with no pedal engagement what so ever . At this point i realize that something wrong I check fluid i check for Pinched hose Nothing fluid good and nothing leaking maybe internally but I don't have the tools to look 3k miles from home and my tools i for bought sure isn't enough.Mad i can't drive into the city i parked the car and road the train.Next day March 3rd 2016 i call road side asistance and got my car towed to infinit in brooklyn called kings infinit. Lesson learned nvr 2ND guess your 1st thoughts i wanted take my car to infinit Of manhatten but since i was in brooklyn i said keep it here despite the traffic and the bridge crossing .8:30am tow turck was schedule 11am tow truck Shows up and load car up and ask where to that was my 2nd indication to tow it to manhatten becuase he had yo come from the bridge anyways. He left with car asked if i wanted to come along I said I'll be out there later . I should had went with my car I feel they wouldn't had done this **** If I was their.Car arrives at dealer at 1pm.they call me let me know car is there and they said well inform you on anything we find.3 pm no answer i call still found nothing 4 pm.I call guy is out on break 3Rd call, guy is gone for the dayLeft in the dark about my car issues i poind a bottle to the face for a day. March 4 2016 wake up call dealership 8am guy picks up and tell me they dont know whats wrong so i tel him im omw because its been almost 2 days. So hanging up with him I proceed to get Cleaned up and ready to go down to the dealer as I was leaving I get a call that the car is done .10:30am I get to dealer at 11:30 12 pm i ask the guy what they found he simply say We replace the fluid with gtr clutch fluid im like in my head the gtr is an auto he reffering to the brake fluid. Well after the short answer i asked was it anything eles no leaks no where or nothing no air in system? No reply other than if this car was from nyc it would had been finished . Apon leaving I head a metallic pinging noise when I applied the brakes kinda hard after the noise I was wondering what was that because I made arrangements to meet up with my dad I bypass the t sound and went on to meet him. Since far pedal feel firm and stiffy I eased around brooklyn to my destination meet with my dad chill with my uncle and grab some food . Left dad went to meet my brother and grab my turbo kit for the 350z Drive to Jersey picked up the kit drove back drop my brother off .Next day March 5th 2016 i meet up with my other Brothers we planned to go to long island Valley streem to visit our older brother finding out he was with our day he got off the belt parkway and headed to my pops crib. We exit rockaway and head up remsem In carnarsie brooklyn. On the block of the alphabets I notice my car being sluggish and I get the change engine oil light in top of that my shifter is very rough and engament is hard now.I drive behind hIm for 3 blocks we get to Avenue North I pull next to him began to take off hit 1st 2nd tried to go into 3rd gear car made same metallic sound and begain going side ways i tried to bring it back but it was spinning already scared for my gf And the baby I begain trying to clutch no clutch car still in gear no brakes abs virbated and hit floor boom head first into the 3500 Chevy Truck I spins off truck and back in to street ,this time I'm trying everything car in gear still I'm spinNing getting dizzy I try clutch shifter nothing brakes nothing this time it went straight down and whaaboom again into the Toyota truck. We was stuck between light pole and truck I get out car and look at damage it's horrible. I check the baby he good in his car seat I look at my girl she is in pain I'm in pain aswell but i dont feel it until later on. My insurance is giving me apealing to the statement from the investigation from infinti so far its said to be my fault but this aapeal should help me since insurance offerd it to me as a result after what happend.towe'd the car in for a sticking clutch pedal and when I got my car back 24 hrs after it was in the dealer or manage to get into a collision due to my clutch sticking to the floor. My car spun out into 360 degree and smacked two parked cars. My brakes was respondinG during the whole event when I try to apply them I got the abs vibration and it went straight to the floor. My brother was on the left side of my car and had to get to the median to avoid my car from hitting him from his view he said it looked like my driver side wheel locked up. Sending me into a 90 degree turn 360. Me my girl and my youngest was in the car at the time My oldest was with my brother in the other car. We both suffered injuries and no air bags deployed infiniti launch and investigation but came back on me as the brakes wasn't being applied until after I'mpact occurring to they data recorder I'm like we'll why the **** was my pedal still stuck after the dealer toutch my car no answer to that and no airbags was deployed because i wasn't going fast enough they say.I got 2 mm disc gap and a 4mm disc gap in my back after accident and something wrong with my spine.However im still waiting to hear from the dealer but nothing yet.Nearly 90 days after the accident.My car stayed at the dealer longer than it had to and not only was not informed about what problems they found all nothing just brushed off. And I still to this day don't know why indidnt take my car to the infiniti of manhatten .I had this car from December 2015 to March 5, 2016 I don't know what they did but that wasn't what I brought into them apon leaving the day before I heard a metallic sound I never heard before since owning this car and I hear it aftwr I picked my car up service advisor say my car would had beenDone.Who of that professional level say that to paying customers hmmm. Anyways this was a shifty experience I enjoyed the trip going made it to nyc in 3 days the g37 coupe is very fun on the road and fast . It so hungry for road and the more road you give it the more it would run. Durning the day I stay constant 80 95 depends on how my leg feels. The room in the coupe g37 on a long roadtrip can be overwhelming but the ability of them sports seats helps alot . And the tight support is awesome for us clutch guys. On them long trips I rate the space a 7 outta 10 and 7 compared to the G35 coupe 8 outta 10.Our g37s are bigger outsid.The speed is insane you can and will get pulled over if you let the vq persuade you. Appearance wise I only saw 2 of them on this trip who use every aspect of that 3.7 litre to it finest stock or modded and when u see them move over On this trip east bound as me.The kids 2yrs old and 9yrs was perfect in the back beside pitstops for them to hit the playground and burn out that energy they did good aswell as my dog ( pitbull ) she was good aswell With a duffle bag and bag for the baby and of course the girl bring her whole Mac counter with her .The car was very good in the trip to nyc still to this day when I think back about the experience I think I did Missouri the dirtiest being that the fwy out that way are sooo dark it was either fall asleep or speed thru the night and break dawn , pull over for gas cofee. I manged 23.5 mpg on my gauge the whole trip including me getting crazy in it. So these cars are good just full them up to ful leavel and never got below half tank. Also when I got to the Midwestern states that 93 octane really woke the g up from the califonrnia 91 octane

I just happy to be here and still have my family clearly i shouldnt had been here to tell this story no naira bags deployed nothing. So far I know is that in wasn't going fast enough for them to activate and that I didn't apply brakes until.after the impact so this **** is all.messy so far it looks like me after I had my car serviced for clutch job and the pedal still sticking to the floor so my problems wasn't never fixed tbw.
