Help 'Maintenance: Other' in display
'Maintenance: Other' in display
So this came up today, first time. I know how to reset it. But should I?
From what I understand googling and this forum, this is some generic reminder? That is intended to be set by the user for their own defined purposes?
Because in the manual it implies something needs replacing RE: this warning, but fails to list what the potential culprits could be.
I've seen and dealt with some of the other reminders but this one has me stumped.
Should I just ignore it and reset it? Or is there something I should be checking?

You answered your own question. It's user set. What did you set it as a reminder for? It doesn't monitor anything, only you as the user and setter determine what to use it for. Set it as a reminder to check tire wear. To check wiper blades. Or whatever you want. Or turn it off entirely.
