Starting issues

Lately a couple of times my g hasn't started on the first try, and on the second it barely turns over and starts. I took it to autozone and got readouts of 425CCA and 200A starting draw, everything passing.

Is it possible for the low CCA to be the problem, since everyone says if the battery is able to start the car it can't be a battery problem? Also I'm unable to find anywhere how many amps the starter is supposed to draw.

Quite possibly! Batteries are dependent on temperature. You can test individual cells with a battery hydrometer.

If this is the original battery in your vehicle replace it with a 700 cca rated battery or higher
