oil grade question

hey guys I have a 2012 g37x with 60000 miles my question is what grade of oil and brand should I used I have been getting really bad gas mileage so my thinking is if I used the right oil I might gain some gas mileage help please

Then there's always the owner's manual which will tell you 5w30 as well. It could be something of a minor factor, but bad mileage is more likely a function of you something else other than weight or brand of motor oil. Most likely you will need to perform the right foot mod on your car to get better mileage. It works for me every time.

I allow myself 1 hard pull per day where I hit redline. Keeps the 7AT out of pansy mode and keeps my gas mileage in check.
I get 23mpg. 65% city/traffic.

0W-30 for me.

Clean the throttle bodies too. There's a write-up in the DIY thread. Check the intake air filters too.
