Things to make car perform better/faster/ect

I was wkndering if they're are any spark plugs, wires, or any parts that help your car perform
Better or faster. Let me know what helps.

A grounding kit allegedly helps shift times in an automatic and helps prevent surging.

I don't think new spark plugs will help in a stock car, other than the typical breather mods/tune, there isn't a whole lot beyond forced induction to make the car any faster.

Yea figured. Hows the grouding kit work? Is there a thread here for it? Also that gtm tt kit says only works for turn key only. Whats that mean?
