park sensor problem?

when i put my car in park it has a warning label come up when i kill the car telling my to put it into park.
I cannot remote lock it and if i take the key fob out the car an alarm goes off. on top of that my seat memory and settings and the seat and steering doesnt move on exit or entry. which i love BTW. is this a easy fix or is it possible the linkage in the tranny is damaged?

Have you followed the instructions in the owners manual for seat and steering wheel memory settings?

yes, i guess its the sensor that tells the ECM the car i'snt in park..
it wont lock and none of the memory functions work at all.
when i kill the car and take the key fob out a contunious whine comes from hte hood and it tell me on the LCD t put the car in park..i think it might be the sensor in the shifter thats broken.. i guess ill try to take the console apart and see if thats what it is.
anone have a guide on how to disassemble the center console and shifter? its a automatic btw..

for the record. the shifter assembly needs to be replaced. my dealer said it falls under warranty.

also my airbag light was blinking the air bag control module needs to be replaced.. also under warranty..

call would stall on start.. ECM neeeded to be updated.. although i think it because my battery went dead.. low voltage can make those sensors/ecm go crazy..

I have the same problem on my 09 g37x, put the car in park, turn it off and as soon as i remove the key, the dash tells me its not in park and the shifter comes loose, i shift from P to D to R. The car also makes a hissing/whinng noise.. Do you know it its the sensor of or shift box? or both that have to be replaced?
