G37x Differential Leak

Notice a differential leak on my G37x. I spoke to the dealer service dept and he told me it is not cover under warranty cause it is seal leak which is a wearable item. He told me it is normal to have sweats around the differential. Just want to see if anyone have experience with similar issue. Is it something I should take care of right away. Dealer told me would be around 350 to fix, but he will need to look at it for sure. Please advice and thanks!

I haven't really seen this before, but what I would do is clean everything off and see how long it takes for it to re-appear. If it is unreasonable, I would pull that inner shaft out and put a new seal in there, should be very straight forward.
