Passenger side auto window not working

I recently bought a used 2009 G37x coupe and I can't utilize the auto up and down feature on my passenger side window from the driver side controls. Driver side window works perfectly, and the passenger side works when using the window controls on the passenger door, just not the driver's door. Any suggestions? I've already tried the reset procedure from the owner's manual with no results.

sounds like the switch for the passenger side window on the drivers side may be either bad or the wires may be loose.

Or the button on the driver side has the child safety switch on.

Yellow Jacket: I doubt it's a wiring issue because normal up and down operation work just fine.

SPDCRZ: Definitely not the case, engaging the child safety switch disables operation of that window. When it's off, I can manually raise and lower the passenger window, but auto (one-touch) mode still won't function

The way to reset the one touch is this:

roll your window all the way down...
Then hold the button all the way down for about 15 seconds.
then roll the window all the way up by not using the one-touch method just pulling half way on the switch
once all the way up, hold the button for about 15 seconds.

This should fix the problem.
