Has anyone cleaned their maf sensors before?

I have a g37s coupe and i am approaching 30k miles so i want to do some maintainence. I already cleaned the TB and had to go to the dealer to get an idle reset + tb position reset because of an rough idle issue.

These cars are so delicate. My question is has anyone attempted to clean their maf sensor with an off the shelf maf cleaner? Any precautions to take? Do i spray it directly onto the sensor? Thanks in advance

I haven't done them on this car but I have on others.
Just spray on the diode and reinstall. I have never had issues from it

Just did mine last week. I used sensor safe MAF cleaner and a qtip usually you just spray and any dirt falls off but I literally had a bit of dirt collected on one of the sensors that wouldnt budge without having to touch it even though a lot of professionals say dont touch the senors etc I had no choice because my car would bog up like crazy in the rain even with hydro shields.
