2011 G37 6MT-shifting out using clutch pedal?

Has anybody tried to shift their car without using the clutch pedal? This is relatively easy on some cars for experienced manual drivers. But it does not seem to work worth a damn on a manual G37. I can get it to shift briefly and very smoothly in the upper gears range. But after a couple changes, it then becomes not possible to slip the gear without the pedal assist. In the lower range gears (1-2) the technique does not seem to work at all. Anybody have any experiences to share or thoughts on this?

It works perfectly for me up through 4th but not 5th or 6th. On both my stock sedan and coupe with aftermarket clutch, flywheel, and CSC.

Interesting. I can get it to slip 3 through 6, but then after a couple shifting cycles it
does not work. I can't work the lower gears, at all. Probably safer to give up trying, as for whatever the reason it does not seem to work at all wth the compared to other cars I have played with.
