I found using the frame rails to not be a great idea. I put my jackstands on the frame rails, started to lower the jack and could see that the metal of the frame rails was starting to bend to the shape of the jackstand saddle.

Instead, I was able to stick my jack under the rear differential and then after I had it raised sufficiently, I used small 2x4 pieces on the jack saddles and lined them up just below the reinforced metal on the inside of the pinch weld where the emergency scissor jack goes. That seemed to work well.

On the front where it was harder to reach the front jack point, I jacked the car up from the pinch weld at the front and put some 2x4's under one of the front tires. I then was able to get the jack to the front jack point (it was NOT easy) and then I was able to jack the car up and again use 2x4 blocks in the jack saddles on the reinforced metal just inside of the notched pinch welds.
