VDC Data Storged in ECM?

Does anyone know if the ECM records events such as VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) being activated or turned off by driver? I was charged with Reckless Driving (squealing tires) and I'd like to show a time stamp ECM capture of the specific date to show that VDC didn't detect wheel spin.

Usually only fault codes are stored in EPROM, but I'm not familiar with the G37 ECM. This could be worth thousands of dollars to me and I'm willing to pay money (seriously) if someone can show me this stored in the ECM.

ANYONE????

Thanks!!

Go to court and contest it. How can the cop prove you squealed your tires? If he says he heard you squeal your tires, were there not other cars on the road?

Unfortunately in a court of law if it turns into a he said she said, the cops word trumps ours. Its complete BS, but thats the law and how the commies make their cash.

Squealing tires is reckless driving? That is idiotic.

Go to court period. The revenue collectors will probably cut you a deal of some sort at a minimum.

I squealed my tires and was ticketed for unsafe start, not reckless driving...

But then I was ticketed for speed contest....

I was caught red handed, but I did win the race.

All said and done it cost me about a grand with a lawyer and to pay for 1 year drivers probation...lawyer probably would have been more but I was just a kid and didn't have a ton of cash.

No i dont think its possible, however from what iv heard there is a 'black box' in our cars taht can be used in an event of an accident but dont have much details.

I was pulled over once for chirping my tires and i wasnt even trying to speed or race or anything aggressive, i just happened to let the clutch out a bit quickly and he pulled me over.

I told him i just got the car and just let the clutch out a bit to quickly cause it much stiffer than most and he mad me show him the clutch stiffness and let me go saying "you should probably hit the gym more often" :0 LOL
