I use either Shell or BP which both are considered Top Tier.

 

Speaking of costco, I prefer to use my MC there (2% back). Every so often, I'll order one of their cash cards online using this credit card. The cash card can be used directly at the pump without swiping your membership card first.

 

My Vote would be Shell or BP
